    COMBUSTIOLOGY

    SUBJECT

    Topic

    Evaluation of the safety and efficacy of cultured multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells from human adipose tissue in the treatment of burn wounds.

    purpose

    Study of the safety and clinical efficacy of cultured multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells from human adipose tissue during autodermoplasty in patients with burn wounds of III and II-B degree.

    RESEARCH

    Preparation

    • Cryopreserved cell suspension of cultured AUTOLOGOUS MSCs at early passages;
    • Cryopreserved cell suspension of cultured ALLOGENIC MSCs at early passages;
    • Dermal equivalent, consisting of fibrin-derivative hydrogel and cell suspension of cultivated AUTOLOGOUS MSCs at early passages;
    • Dermal equivalent, consisting of fibrin-derivative hydrogel and cell suspension of cultivated ALLOGENIC MSCs at early passages;
    • Dermal equivalent, consisting of collagen hydrogel and cell suspension of cultivated AUTOLOGOUS MSCs at early passages;
    • Dermal equivalent, consisting of collagen hydrogel and cell suspension of cultivated ALLOGENIC MSCs at early passages.

    Dose

    • For the dermal equivalent – from 2 million to 10 million cells;
    • Cell suspension – up to 100 million cells.

    principle

    The medical product is used by a method of application followed by an overlay of a hypo-adhesive bandage. The specified procedure should be carried out twice.

    expected result

    Complete epithelization or epithelization of more than 50% of the surface within the area of the graft.
